We work with many of Australia’s leading clinics and have a diverse selection to choose from. We take the guesswork out of choosing a clinic because we go into all the practices we work with. By doing this, we get a feel for what makes the clinic tick and understand their requirements in a vet. We also negotiate your rates for you, plan and manage your entire engagement from start to finish.. That way you are free to focus on being a vet or nurse!
Who is the right fit to join VetPeople?
A values-driven person who loves animals and has a sense of curiosity. You need to be a competent veterinarian or nurse who possesses strong general practice skills. Surgical & clinical requirements vary across the engagements and will be discussed in your initial meeting with us. You will work hard to deliver excellent customer care and will be required to be flexible from time to time.
You should have great communication skills and bring a friendly attitude to your work with clinic teams and their clients. We love our team members to be kind and reliable, and treat the clinics you work with as if they were your own.

VetPeople is also flexible to your needs, some members of our team are completing full time equivalent hours through VetPeople, whilst other vets have a permanent role and pick up extra shifts when they can. It is completely your choice.
